Pick Up Schedule?
Please be sure to always have your cart and/or recycle bin at the curbside by 7:00am on your regularly scheduled day to guarantee pick up. Our vehicles are equipped with Global Position System devices that will record the time they are at each location and our driver will note whether a cart is present or not to ensure that they have not missed any pick-ups.
Although it is likely that your pickup may occur around the same time of the day each week, it is impossible to guarantee a set time. There are numerous reasons that could delay your pick up or cause it to be picked up earlier or later than what you are accustomed to. We do not stop picking up until the last cart on any given route is emptied. Please do not pull in your cart until the cart has been dumped and any extra trash and recycling are picked up. Also, please do not re-load your cart or place it at the street after we have come through the neighborhood.
Please do not call to ask for the truck to come back to your home if your cart was not out when it came by. We do not turn trucks around to collect trash missed because the cart was not out in time.
